Here are some of my favorite recipes! Most of them are easy and quick.

Two of my most frequented sources are the American Heart Association cookbook and Rachael Ray’s 30-Minute Meals. I would say the best overall recipe (easy, yummy, healthy, inexpensive) is the Tuscan Chicken with Roasted Garlic Aioli!

Here is an example of my meal plan for the week. It may seem a little OCD but it takes alot of my daily stress away and saves me money! I just modify it Sunday night and grocery shop on Monday- only once a week! (except for more fruit and veggies on Friday)
