Liam can now sit up all by himself! Last Monday (Nov. 21/Week 24) he did it, after just a few days of practicing with me. He sits upright on the floor and plays with his toys, like a big boy! Just in time for the Christmas photos at Sears on Thursday. I think it’s time to try sitting him in the grocery cart… Here are some more cute photos from Week 25.
Through various experimentation, we have discovered Liam’s favorite word…. “kick.” He starts laughing his head off when he hears it. Switching back to the “Boo!” game has little or no effect.
Through continued tests on our son, we’ve discovered that he reacts in a similar fashion to the words “rick”, “mick”, “sick”, “pick”, “lick”, “brick”, and “wick”.

Liam dressed up as a scary skeleton for his first Halloween! He also invited 9 of his closest baby friends over for a party on Sunday. It was so much fun to see all the babies ‘n’ toddlers in their costumes, and they were all so well behaved! It was basically a photo opportunity… We didn’t get around to carving any pumpkins though. Liam then visited his dad at his office on Halloween day, and went trick or treating at Grandma’s and one friend’s house. We tried to get home to hand out candy, but again the number of kids on our block was disappointing. I missed dressing up this year! We didn’t even put up our Halloween lights outside. Too busy having fun with Liam!
