New Floor, New Layout

Flooring is almost done! Here’s out latest living room layout. We like it. Tomorrow I’ll be purchasing all of the baseboards.

We still have to pick out a granite for the kitchen countertops, and decide on colors for the backsplash area.

    Nice! Looks great — very “warm”. Can’t wait to see the completed kitchen.

    The place is looking very nice. Nicer than it would have been had you chosen to use those square-peg falafal things. Are you doing the floors yourself? Very hard work, I always find it’s better to hire someone with a cold, that way you have a constant flow of glue for the boards. Unless of course you use snap-tight flooring? Then hire someone without a cold. They work faster usually.
